- I am a former employee and Kenny Norfleet had a fellow named Nacho working there who was paid in cash. Kenny Norfleet also never had anyone fill out an I-9 form. Nacho also had a fake social security card.
- Mr. Norfleet just confirmed that the only documents presented to him were an Indiana Drivers License and an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN). The ITIN is not a legitimate document for inclusion with the I-9 documentation.
