Last weekend, he tried to fake a crime to get the police department interested in our Day Labor protest. See, we caught him red handed...and he realized he screwed the pooch. Especially with his license number on the side of the truck. After he dropped off his rent-a-slave, he went home...rented a car, and thought he'd pretend he was some random citizen. He then attempted to falsify a police report. He called the Sheriff and told them we were jumping out and stopping vehicles...threatening people. We have photos showing his progress down the street. No one was anywhere near his truck. Proof? Yes. We have that. Pictures first, then the audio of him stating that he hires Illegals...and there's not a damn thing we can do about it. Oh yeah? "We got an emergency call to a school called Rural Vale Elementery in Tellico Plains Tennessee of someone falling off the roof of a new school house there building. When we got there there was one that spoke fluent english. We could not get much out of them.We flew the person to a hospital about 60 miles away. We tried to find out any information on him and could not get anything out of any of them. The employer came to the landing zone to find out more info about where we were taking his employee. He stated: "that he has about 45 of them working for him and none of them no how to speak English.We tried to fing out any information on him and could get nothing out of any of them."

"We purchased a home from KB Home in September of 2005. After closing on the house and moving in, there were numerous defects in the house that had to be resolved. On several occasions, the KB "Super", who was in charge of providing "trades" to come to the house to fix things, sent illegal aliens to our house to make the repairs. I am CERTAIN they were illegal because the spoke NO english whatsoever, and I turned them away each time. I would then call the Super and ask him to provide me with proof that these "trades" were legal to work in the states, and lo-and-behold, an American citizen would show up within 20 or 30 minutes. They were available to do the work, but more expensive, I'm sure. They would not have gotten the opportunity to work if I had been willing to let non-english-speaking, undocumented Mexicans into my home for repairs."

"I have the California Highway Report with Mark Kackstetter admitting to hiring this illegal alien who was driving a company truck assigned to him by Mr. Kackstetter, owner of MK Concrete. This illegal alien was driving the truck drunk and hit my 22 year old daughter and killed her. He than took off and ran away and was caught 2 miles away from the scene. This illegal alien has 4 prior DUI convictions and was Formally Deported in March of 2006. He was hired in June by MK Concrete, was asked for a drivers license by Kackstetter and the alien told him he lost it so Mr K told him to go to DMV and get new one. Never happened. The alien was given assignment of the truck that killed my beautiful Angel. I have yet to even hear from the company to apologize or anything. We as her family are not going to allow her tragic story to be swept under the rug as so many crimes occur committed by the illegals coming into this country and the lowlife scumbags that hire them as well need to be prosecuted. My daughter was just beginning her life and to have it be so violently taken is just not acceptable. Wake Up America. Please stop hiring illegals. Do not give them a reason to come here illegally. "I was a customer of Moon Valley Nursery. I was at my house when they delivered and planted my order. Not a single person who dug the holes and planted the trees and shrubs spoke English. The only person that spoke English was the supervisor that was driving the truck. I also noticed that when I picked out my plants that most of the workers do not speak English."

"There are several 'health care aides' who cannot speak english, only spanish. Sometimes they would come in with different name tags, even though they were the same people. They not only worked several shifts at the hospital, but also more shifts at a rehab hospital next door. These people couldnt understand english. Their basic duties were to bath and feed patients. I have witnessed them never washing their hands in-between patients, while taking temperatures, feeding, and bathing. This is basically all they had to do this type of work. I felt my health was jepordized as a result, and felt 2 infectious diseases were the result of being cared for by illegal aliens."

A small group of employees representing workers who walked off jobs at a Smithfield Foods Inc. slaughterhouse met Tuesday with company officials, who insisted they must fire workers who can't prove they have the legal right to work in the United States. About 1,000 nonunion workers, mostly Hispanic, walked off the job at the world's largest hog processing plant last week, upset the company fired workers it said provided false identification information. The employees who walked off returned to work over the weekend after the company agreed to rehire the fired workers and give them 60 days to provide proper identification documents. But the company said it stressed during Tuesday's two-hour meeting with about 20 workers that it could not keep any illegal immigrants on the payroll. "Unless they can provide the (documents), we will have to terminate them," said company spokesman Dennis Pittman. "They don't like it, but they understand it now. We would prefer to have a legal way to keep these people here." The walkout began Thursday, spurred on by the United Food and Commercial Workers union, which claimed the job action shut down the mammoth plant. The company said the walkout only slowed production at the operation 25 miles south of Fayetteville where Smithfield slaughters up to 32,000 hogs a day. The workers have said they are upset with the company's decision to gather the names, Social Security numbers, birth dates and gender of workers at the plant. Smithfield said the effort was aimed at assuring federal officials the plant does not knowingly employ undocumented workers. About 500 to 600 workers were found to have unverifiable information, the company said. About 50 were fired for providing false information. The walkout ended Saturday after Smithfield representatives met with Rev. Carlos N. Arce, a Roman Catholic priest who helped broker the temporary settlement. Arce said after Tuesday's meeting the company has yet to offer a "permanent solution to the problem." "The workers came and they wanted to negotiate," Arce said. "The company said this wasn't a meeting to negotiate anything. It was only for information." The company said Tuesday's meeting was not with the union, which has tried for years to organize the plant's 5,000 employees and lost organizing elections in 1994 and 1997. "They're using immigration as an intimidation tool against workers who are finally standing up for their rights," said Eduardo Pena, a coordinator for the union, which has long complained about what it contends are unsafe working conditions at the plant. He was arrested and convicted of drunk driving on September of 1999 and April 2001. 2002-2003, Mr. Zepeda once again tried to obtain his legal status in this country and falsified documentation claiming that he worked for a Catering Business. He was arrested and pleaded guilty of possession of false identification in December 13, 2002. On same date, he was arraigned and pleased guilty of wire fraud, aiding and abetting and causing an act to be done, Violation of 18USC 1343. Federal Case Number: 03CR638-SVW. Los Angeles Federal Court. On May 2, 2005, Mr. Zepeda was sentenced to 6 Months of home confinement for his participation on the above-mentioned case."

He wants me to go there to recruit workers.Pick up fresh illegals that are desperate and hungry. Not only does he hire illegal immigrants, he also allows them to drive company vehicles all over the place , and they have no licenses. He takes pay from them weekly, he is a sweat shop keeper, and slave labor.I did not know all this when I agreed to accept a position from him. I am not only doing this because it is about illegal immigration. I am doing it also, as how he treats these young men is far beyond sub human in nature. I am trying to get the word out everywhere. I myself am hispanic. I am an American Citizen, and I myself am treated like sub human due to this. I don't necessarily want to see the guys get hurt by my doing this. But, if he continues to be allowed to only run his company by slave labor, manipulation, instilling fear, threats, and so forth, maybe it is for all and everyone's good, and for many reasons. "Until very recently, I worked for the US Border Patrol. On occasion I would frequent the car wash "Wash and Roll" in my marked service vehicle. The reactions of the people that washed and dried the vehicle, while I remained in it, was typical of illegal aliens I had arrested in the field. Upon seeing me in uniform they became noticeably nervous and suddenly avoided eye contact with me. i found this behavior typical of illegal aliens. Somehow they think that if they act like they don't see an Immigration Officer, then the Immigration Officer will not see them. The foregoing coupled with the fact that very few of those working there have a working/conversational knowledge of the English language, leads me to believe that the business establishment knowingly hires illegal aliens. Additionally, I once informally queried the manager of the establishment as to whether the workers were lawfully present in the United States. He became hostile, in an overreactive way, at my suggestion that he would even consider hiring illegal aliens."
