My ex-boyfriend and a friend both worked for Moon Valley at the location listed. The owner, Les (Leslie) knowingly hires illegals so that he can not pay them what they deserve. My ex-boyfriend worked there for over five years, it's nothing new. He would always tell me how the "guys" would talk about coming over from Mexico. I don't really have any solid evidence,as everything I know was told to me, but it has been going on there for a long time, and Les is a horrible business man!!!

You might want to check that link that is posted for moon valley that says, "click here for testimonial" it sounds to me like the only concern that they guy has is NOT about people coming here illegal but rather, that the employeers are not paying the illegals enough. I am under the impression this is NOT what YOUR sight is about. Correct me if I am wrong

I was a customer of Moon Valley Nursery. I was at my house when they delivered and planted my order. Not a single person who dug the holes and planted the trees and shrubs spoke English. The only person that spoke English was the supervisor that was driving the truck. I also noticed that when I picked out my plants that most of the workers do not speak English.

THEY NEED TO CHECK THIS GUY OUT I HEAR HE HIRES GUYS THAT ARE UP HERE ON H-2 B PROGRAMS AND SUPPOSE TO BE TAKING CARE OF RACE HORSES NOT PLANTING TREES. THEY NEED TO RAID HIS BUSINESS.

I have purchases trees and plants from this nursery over the past two years. I have always had English speaking sales people. The teams that dug the trees also had English speaking employees.

I had a similar experience with Moon Valley. I purchased a tree for my front yard and the crew that came to plant it did not speak a sord of english. My neighbor, who is fluent in spanish, came over and had to translate. Two of the men told him they had crossed the border illegally only a week before. When I called to complain to Moon Valley I was told that they went through the correct procedures to verify eligibilty of employment and therefore had no knowledge of illegals working for them.
