I am a former employee and Kenny Norfleet had a fellow named Nacho working there who was paid in cash. Kenny Norfleet also never had anyone fill out an I-9 form. Nacho also had a fake social security card.

Mr. Norfleet just confirmed that the only documents presented to him were an Indiana Drivers License and an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN). The ITIN is not a legitimate document for inclusion with the I-9 documentation.

Just a thought...there is one heck of a fine to pay if the "newly hired" employee's I9 form is not filed within 3 days. This would be another "tool" in your excellent fight.

I went to his site but it said "domain name has expired." Did he go out of business? Or maybe he just doesn't want to be "found." And no, itin numbers are not sufficient forms to file with an I.9 form. Why wouldn't this guy have a valid Social Security card?

and yes, he is still in business. He is located in Middletown, Indiana about 15 miles from Muncie Indiana close to Interstate 69 toward Anderson.
He told me that Kenny Norfleet knew that he was illegal and helped him come here. I worked for Kenny for about 4 months in between jobs. I am a disabled veteran and was referred to Norfleet by the veteran,s advocate at the employment office. He turned out to be a real loser and abused all of his employees and yelled all of the time and when I confronted him about Nacho and other things that were illegal he fired me. It turns out that he had not been paying unemployment insurance and the termination was not justified. He got in big trouble and had to pay fines. Nacho wasn't a bad sort of fellow but he was illegal and this has to stop.

For one... when people turn in others, for the wrong reasons that should be a crime....I'm "AKA **Nacho** Wife hes not an Illegal. Yes he's an immigrat from Mexico, he came to USA as a child not an adult. he's a loving husband and a great father to his to daughter.

This "illegal" you refer to is no longer in the United States. He left to go back to Mexico and has been for a few years. I find it unforunate this website does not collect all facts and a previous employee who is disgruntled is allowed to post lies. We do live in the United States of America and the law is you are innocent until proven guilty. If you are trying to impress people by being patriotic.....It is not being accomplished since you arent the basic princil of our country. Hope one day your site facing the same "guilty until you prove to be innocent" tactics you are placing on others.
